"I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole, who assisted my grandma and I after she received a non-renewal notice in the mail. Understandably, my grandma was very worried and upset, but from the very beginning, Nicole was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring.

Nicole took the time to speak with underwriting to get additional information and walked us through what we could do next. We were able to provide photos showing that the necessary repairs had been completed, which she promptly forwarded for review. Thankfully, we received the great news that the repairs were accepted!

What really stood out to us was Nicole’s follow-through. She made sure we were kept informed throughout the process and truly made what started as a very stressful situation feel so much easier. How about reaching out to Kevin Burgman directly? I don't know how - no response to email or phone calls. Imagine if you have a claim if there is no response to buying a policy. Avoid at all costs!!!"
